MCE Gulf Contracting Co. was established in October, 2006 as JV between Saudi Arabian company “Brains Establishment and a European based company MCE-AG. The Portfolio was to provide services to petrochemical industry for emergency and Plant shutdown and lump sump key plant turnaround management .
MCE-AG brought international experience of over 70 years with an average turnaround of 1.5 Billion Euro per year and engaging more than 8000 employees, whereas M/S Brains establishment contributed over a decade of specialized manpower supply experience to the oil, Gas and process industrial sector and facility management.
